NOT BAD AT ALL - I ve been taking this for the past five weeks and have made noticeable gains. My recovery time is cut in half, and the sustained energy during workouts is also quite noticeable. I m benching with 255lbs x 6instead of the normal 225lb x 6. Dumbell curl with 60 lbs instad of the usual 45 lbs. Arms are stretching the tape at 17 1/2 inches, before they were a tad under 17. I have to say, this product is working well for me so far. However, during the loading phoase, I cramped a little bit, but my water intake wasn t as high as it probably should have been. Also, I take only one serving a day instead of the recommended two. By taking only one serving daily, I find that I need less water to stay hydrated, and still manage to make new gains in size and strength.
really good product - this is a really high quality product. I ve been using it for couple of weeks and so far I ve seen good results..The only downside is that I have to mix it with Gatorade or something similar because the original flavor is not really tasty..
Happy - As far as I can tell this stuff works pretty well. Unfortunately I haven t been around enough during the summer to establish a consistent workout/lifting schedule so I haven t gotten to use it quite long enough to see highly visible results but I m still satisfied with it and would recommend it if you plan on doing a lot of lifting.
Creatine and torn muscles - This is a review of Creatine in general. I started taking Creatine Monohydrate to allow me to work out harder (I m 41, and the muscles don t recover as fast as they used to). I m in good shape, and have been working out, jogging and practicing yoga for many years, so while not buff, I m flexible and athletic. After 3 weeks I tore my back muscle, 5 days later, I tore my calf muscle while running. Here s the thing-- I ve always noticed that my calves are more flexible than other guys. So, I can only come to the conclusion that the creatine contributed to my torn muscles. Before you start on Creatine, do a search on creatine torn muscles, and you ll see many sites discuss this. I wish I d done more research on it. Make sure you research the side effects, plenty of people say it works for them, but I m now looking at 4-6 weeks off of exercise, which makes me much worse off than before I took it.
great product - since this is the first creatine i have ever boughtso i dont know muchbut it do help me a lotso what i want to say is, this is a great product
